Immunisation Publications can be ordered through http://www.healthinfo.ie/ Choose Immunisation from the dropdown menu on the right of the title page - you will be able to order a range of materials for childhood and adult immunisations.
A member of the public can order up to 5 copies of each immunisation publication. Only 1 copy of the "Your childs Immunisations - a guide for parents" booklet containing a record card at the back can be ordered. Please ensure you keep this copy safe as it contains all the information you will need for your childs immunisations.
A professional working in health, education, workplace, voluntary or community settings who needs to order larger quantities of publications can do so please create an account in the professional section. You will recieve a password from health promotion once your details have been verified. Please note when ordering immunisation materials you are resticted to ordering 30 copies of each publication. |
