Immunisation Publications can be ordered through http://www.healthinfo.ie/ Choose Immunisation from the dropdown menu on the right of the title page - you will be able to order a range of materials for childhood and adult immunisations.
A member of the public can order up to 5 copies of each immunisation publication. Only 1 copy of the "Your childs Immunisations - a guide for parents" booklet containing a record card at the back can be ordered. Please ensure you keep this copy safe as it contains all the information you will need for your childs immunisations.
A professional working in health, education, workplace, voluntary or community settings and you need to order larger quantities of publications please create an account in the professional section. You will recieve a password from health promotion once your details have been verified. Please note when ordering immunisation materials you are resticted to ordering 30 copies of each publication. |
